We are incredibly lucky to have an amazing speaker line up including keynotes from Amy Nelson, Co-Founder & CEO of The Riveter, Jen Briggs, Motivational Speaker & Executive Coach and Dr. Cheryl Ingram, CEO & Founder of Diverse City LLC. Check out the full list of speakers here.


Taking the Leap – Amy believes in the power of women helping women. She is responsible for running all aspects of The Riveter, which she co-founded after a 10 year run as a corporate litigator and political fundraiser. Amy is a graduate of Emory and NYU Law, and mother to daughters Sloane and Reese. She loves to build forts with the girls and her husband Carl. Amy is excited to welcome daughter no. 3 in September 2017.

How to be a #GoalDigger: Bold Steps to Unleashing Your Confidence – Jen Briggs is a Coach, Speaker, and Strategist. She helps entrepreneurs and executives take bold steps towards the career, life, and business they’re dreaming of. Over the past 15 years, Jen has worked on the cutting edge of digital marketing. She lead marketing for a company that popularized memes—Cheezburger—and built and sold a company, Trover, to Expedia. She specializes in growth marketing and has been highly successful in building brands and communities alike. Jen has a B.S. in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a strict no B.S. policy with her clients.


Why Our Diversity Needs More Diversity  
For 15 years, Cheryl’s transformative leadership, vision, and passion has created pathways for companies to build sustainable diversity and inclusion strategies and practices. In 3 ½ years Cheryl earned her Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Multicultural Studies. She has also earned a Master of Arts in Education, and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
